They fall one after the other,
These tears,
Down the side of my face.

I've never been a violent one.
Actually, I lie,
Yes I have.

These hands have caused so much pain,
Phsyical, emotional,
They have had me branded torturer.

This anger inside me,
Makes me do things,
Hurt people, break things.

I don't trust myself,
Around people,
Children.

I want four children,
I need to control it.
But how do you control something
That dominates your mind?

i have big problems with my anger, but ive learned to control it because ive had to put on a different mask around others so that that side of me doesnt hurt them, ive already learned to control it mostly over the past 6 years but its coming back as life gets harder, but once u get the hang of it it does become much easier to control. try and train ur anger, if needed do take the time to calm down, and if u can find something that u absolutely love to do, and do it to help calm ur anger, that way u wont get as anger as fast, or u wont get that angery at all. good luck, i hope u feel better!

may i ask how you control something that dominates your mind?
anger for instance, i tried bottling it up, i tried releasing it, but i jst hurt

There's a balance, you have to find the symptoms when you're about to explode, and then from there, release it. Take a deep breath and try to calm down. If you have to take a time out. Its all about knowing yourself and learning where what and how you get to your own boiling point. Trust me I know how hard it is to try and do that, once you start though it becomes so much easier and you'll be so much happier.

This is of course a short version, but its the building foundation for the rest of it. If you need anything like I said just ask. :D
